Returns & Warranty Policy

At OGGO Grown, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. Each item is carefully selected or crafted to meet the standards of our community and the spirit of ethical, sustainable growing. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Due to Manufacturer Defect

We only accept returns for items that have a confirmed manufacturer defect. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The defect must be due to a manufacturing issue, not wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

  • You must provide a photo or video of the defect and your original order number.

  • The item must be in unused condition with original packaging when returned, unless otherwise approved.

Once the return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item and will offer either a replacement or store credit.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or model ordered

  • Damage incurred during use
